The RIAR Hubbard Contingency is changing to help your transactions go more smoothly. The RIAR Forms committee researched forms from other states and addressed questions and complaints from members. The committee has tried to keep as much of the original Hubbard language as possible and include ideas from RIAR Short Sale Addendum.
MLS Now Offering CMA Class for Continuing Education Credits...More Classes Added!
State-Wide MLS is pleased to announce the first hands-on technical training class approved for three continuing education credits being offered through the RI Association of REALTORS School. The three hour course, "A More Objective CMA", will provide instruction on how to establish more accurate fair market values on consumer home.
