Licensee Transfer Drop Form

If you have a licensee that you need to drop or add to your office roster, please download and complete the form below, have it signed by Office Manager or Principal and fax it to Josh in MLS Membership Services at (401) 941-5320 or Georgiana Pettway, RIAR Membership Administrator at (401)941-5360.

REMINDER: The Real Estate Division of the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation must be notified promptly of the severance of any real estate licensee or any change to licensee status such as non-renewal of any member.

Failure to notify DBR of licensee disaffiliation could result in assessment of back MLS fees and $100.00 fine to Broker.

MLS will inactivate the licensee and monthly billing upon receipt and processing of the required form below. The current month will be credited if notice is received before the 7th day of that month. MLS cannot issue credit for prior months.
