Reporting a New Team

Team Code Request Form can be faxed to MLS Customer Service at 401-941-5320 or emailed to [email protected].  Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing at which time the Team ID and Password will be e-mailed to Team Leader along with instructions on adding team members through Identity Sharing in Fusion.

  • Displays a Team Name in place of a listing agent on listings with its own separate ID number.
  • All team members (Including admins and assistants) are required to have and maintain individual MLS ID’s.
  • Team members (Licensees/Assistants/Administrators) must be linked through Identity Sharing by the team leader after the Team code has been assigned – use of password is for team leader only.
  • Once Team code is activated, an office administrator is able to transfer any current listings to the team code.
  • Showing Agent Field will remain available for a team member’s name if you wish to display one.
  • Team code can be inactivated by notifying MLS in writing.  There is no additional cost or activation fee for re-activating an old team code that has been turned off.
