Or, if you prefer, LIVE remote assistance is available through our “Desktop Streaming” software that will allow MLS tech support staff to remotely access your computer when it is connected to the Internet. The use of this product will allow for faster resolution to tech problems related to Fusion/Matrix.
If you encounter a system outage AFTER hours, you can report it to MLS by using the Emergency Notification form. A technician will perform a system check immediately.
