Chris Whitten and other 2019 State-Wide MLS officers to stay in place in 2020

Chris Whitten of Premeer Real Estate has been re-elected president of State-Wide Multiple Listing Service, a real estate data exchange subsidiary of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. He is also the 2020 president of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors and a past Northern R.I. Realtor of the Year. Licensed in 2008, Whitten started Premeer Real Estate with offices in Johnston, R.I. and Uxbridge, MA in 2013. A graduate of Dean College, he resides with his wife and five children in Johnston, R.I.

State-Wide MLS President-Elect Robert Martin of CrossRoads Real Estate Group in Woonsocket and Glocester; Treasurer Stephen Larson of RE/MAX Professionals in Newport; and Secretary Sherri Mercurio of the Mercurio Group Real Estate in Pawtucket were also re-elected for a second term. The officers were officially sworn in at the National Association of Realtors Conference in San Francisco last week.

“State-Wide’s 2019 leadership team was phenomenal. We’re thrilled that both they and our MLS subscribers agreed to extend their terms for another year, thereby giving us the necessary continuity to successfully complete the many projects presently in progress,” said John Breault, Vice President of State-Wide MLS.
