At long last, the new NAR-mandated Clear Cooperation policy is now in effect. The most significant impact of this policy on State-Wide MLS customers will be a restriction against publicly marketing Non-MLS listings.
Please see the FAQs for details on what is considered public marketing. As this policy applies to ALL Non-MLS listings—past and future—please cease the public marketing of any Non-MLS listings you might have. If you wish to market these listings, please enter them into the MLS as “Active”. Non-MLS listings may NOT be entered as Coming Soon.
