The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS© (RIAR) is the state’s premier real estate school and offers a 45-hour course designed to successfully prepare you to take the RI Real Estate Salesperson’s examination.   The cost of tuition includes the textbook,  Modern Real Estate Practice 21st Edition, a RI State Law Addendum, as well as access to digital material including practice quizzes and handouts. The textbooks will be ready for you at class #1 when you first sign-in.  Once enrolled, you’ll be eligible for discounts for the state-required 3-hour Lead Paint Hazards course and access to a free eLearning review course available once your session ends.

Sponsorship by an office is NOT required to take this course, however, if you are being Sponsored by a principal broker who is a member of the association, a letter must be emailed to [email protected] ***PRIOR to Registration*** to receive a unique coupon code for the sponsor discount of $20.00.  We are not able to apply this once you are registered.  

Any missed class may be made up via Zoom only (dates and time options will be provided) There is an additional fee of $30 per make-up class.  Please refer to attendance and make-up policies.
