The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS© (RIAR) is the state’s premier real estate school offering the state-required 45-hour course designed to successfully prepare you to take the RI Real Estate Salesperson’s examinations.   Tuition includes the digital eBook of the Modern Real Estate Practice (21st Edition), practice quizzes, discounts, and more.  Learn about our program and what is included. 

**This class will be held virtually via Zoom.  All students are responsible for following the virtual code of conduct, attendance, and makeup policies. **

**RIAR Pre-License Student Referral Program**

Prospective students can save $20 off tuition by having a REALTOR® (a member of the RI Association) send an email to [email protected].   The email must come from the member.  In turn, we will provide a coupon code for the student, and the REALTOR will be eligible to take a free CE course with RIAR.  Learn more. 

Referrals MUST be received prior to registration.

Any missed class may be made up in a different session for up to 1 year.  Fees may apply. Please refer to the attendance and makeup policies.
