How to Join MLS

State-Wide Multiple Listing Service, Inc. is a subsidiary of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®. Being a customer of State-Wide MLS carries many benefits including access to the products, services, and tools that can help you manage and grow your business. As an MLS member, you will have access to all MLS forms. However, you must be a RIAR primary or secondary member to gain access to RIAR forms.

The principal/manager of a new office must complete the MLS Participation Agreement to join MLS. Licensees under the Participant’s office must complete the MLS Subscriber Form.
