The Rhode Island Association of Realtors has announced that Joseph Luca will serve as 2018 president of the 5200-member organization. He is affiliated with RE/MAX Preferred in North Providence.
Luca has served in various leadership roles at the local, state and national levels of the Realtor organization and is a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year Award from both the Rhode Island Association of Realtors and the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors. In the twelve years since his career in real estate began, he has also earned entrance into NAR’s exclusive Omega Tau Rho fraternity for his service to the Realtor community.
Luca can also be heard on the Joe Luca Real Estate Show on WNRI 95.1 educating consumers on all things real estate including financing, regulations, property taxes and the legislative issues that can affect the value and/or marketability of real estate. Luca is a graduate of Boston University, where he majored in English and Italian literature and minored in Economics. He resides with his wife Kimberly and children Isabella and Elizabeth In Cumberland.
