How To Join – Basic MLS Dues

COMPANY Dues:

A one-time application fee of $200.00 must accompany the “Agreement to Participate“.
Monthly Office Dues – $40.00

SALESPERSON’S Dues:

MLS System license fee – (A one time $100 user fee)
Monthly Dues – $30.00 includes the following:
Universal Access to Fusion, MLXchange and Listing Fees
