The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®, in partnership with the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS®, will be offering a 4-day accelerated Broker Pre-license course beginning November 30th, 2018. Earn 18 Continuing Education Hours (CEH) for this 24-hour course that prepares you for the brokerage examination. The cost for RI REALTOR® members is $217 and includes a book on RI law and Dearborn’s Mastering Real Estate Principles. You will learn about complex real estate topics in a user-friendly format with clear up-to-date, real-life examples. A variety of exercises will reinforce key concepts and ideas.
