Warwick, R.I. – December 17, 2020 -- John Breault, Vice President of State-Wide Multiple Listing Service has been elected to the Board of Directors of Real Estate Standards Organization. With 34 years of experience in the real estate industry, Breault brings considerable knowledge to the RESO board. He has held numerous positions with several organizations in the real estate industry spanning both membership and MLS. Prior to joining State-Wide MLS as Vice President in 2018, he was the Director of Customer Support and Quality Assurance with MLS Property Information Network, Inc. which serves more than 37,000 customers. Breault has also been very active at the national level. He served on two sections of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) and has been an instructor for CMLX (Certified Multiple Listing Executive) designation classes, having himself obtained the CMLX1 and CMLX2 designations. “We are excited to have John Breault join the RESO Board of Directors. His industry leadership in the MLS space and his experience as Vice-Chair of RESO's R&D Workgroup make him a perfect fit to help drive RESO's strategic direction going forward,” said Sam DeBord, CEO of RESO. “Using the universal standards provided by RESO means having one program that works with many different systems.
