Warwick, R.I. – December 15, 2022 -- John Breault, Vice President of State-Wide Multiple Listing Service has been elected to the Board of Directors of Real Estate Standards Organization, taking one of the five open director seats for the board’s Executive Committee in 2023.
With 36 years of experience in the real estate industry, Breault brings a wealth of knowledge to the RESO board. He has held numerous positions with several organizations in the real estate industry spanning both membership and MLS. Prior to joining State-Wide MLS as Vice President in 2018, he was the Director of Customer Support and Quality Assurance with MLS Property Information Network, Inc. which serves more than 37,000 customers. Breault has also been very active at the national level. He served on two sections of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) and has been an instructor for CMLX (Certified Multiple Listing Executive) designation classes, having himself obtained the CMLX1 and CMLX2 designations.

The RESO Board of Directors officers remain unchanged between 2022 and 2023, officers include:

- Vice-Chair: Michael Wurzer, President and CEO, FBS - Creators of Flexmls
- Secretary: John Breault, VP, MLS, State-Wide MLS
- Treasurer: Richard Renton, CEO, Triad MLS
