Save Time with Artificial Intelligence

Have you run out of creative ways to describe a listing or write real estate tips on social media? Artificial intelligence can help. If you’d like to experiment before investing in various AI products, register for free to use ChatGPT.

Once you’ve registered, type a short description of what you want. In a few seconds, you will have a response. Here are a few examples:

Search request #1: “Two sentence description of two-bedroom ranch in Cranston.”

Result:  Discover the charm of this cozy two-bedroom ranch nestled in the desirable city of Cranston. With its single-level layout, ample natural light, and a well-designed floor plan, this home offers comfortable living and is perfect for those seeking convenience and ease.

Search request #2 “Two sentence tip about house hunting.”

Result: When house hunting, trust your instincts and prioritize what matters most to you. Stay patient and persistent and remember that the right home will come along at the right time.

Search request #3: “One sentence description of an escalation addendum.”

Result:  An escalation addendum is a document that allows a buyer to automatically increase their offer price in response to competing offers, up to a specified limit, to improve their chances of winning a bidding war.

Make sure to follow these tips:

  •  Review AI-generated content for accuracy. While artificial intelligence can be impressive, it’s only as good as its creators. Think of the search results as a first draft and not a final product.
  •  Add your own content. Content generated by machines, animals or other non-humans is not currently protected by copyright law. However, if you rewrite the search results and add your own content, you can prevent others from using your work.
  •  Follow the law. Real estate license law, advertising, and fair housing laws still apply. Do not use misleading or discriminatory content.
