The following changes to RIAR forms have been sent to the forms vendors.  Keep in mind that vendors update at different times.

▪Purchase and Sales Agreements –  All of the RIAR purchase and sales agreements except for Land have been updated to include information about the lead Rental Registry law.   

▪New Construction Re-Inspection Addendum –  This addendum has been updated to include initial lines for different options and to eliminate references to “as is” condition.   01/25
