If a purchase and sales agreement will be contingent on the sale of the buyer’s own home, should inspections be conducted within 10 calendar days as stated in the purchase and sales agreement or after the buyers’ home is under contract?

The RIAR purchase and sales agreements states that any inspections must be conducted within ten days of the signing of the purchase and sales agreement with or without a Sale of Buyer’s Property Addendum (Hubbard Clause.)  If the buyers want to conduct inspections only after their own home goes under contract, they and the sellers would need to negotiate this in the Sale of Buyer’s Property Addendum and/or change the purchase and sales agreement.
