NAR members who currently have a single user account will not need to take any actions to establish their account under this fantastic new benefit. Simply log into your accounts as usual.
If you are in a brokerage account – an account with two or more users- you will be contacted by a sales representative who can educate you on the new Ziplogix benefit. If you want to establish a multi-user account, just request a brokerage account for your office by going to: http://www.ziplogix.com/brokerteam/index.asp and click “sign up now” to submit your information. Once you fill out the credentials, a sales representative will contact you to set up your brokerage account. (Multi-user accounts are free for the first year only.)
With the enhanced Broker Functionality in zipForm® Plus, brokers have access to the new Transaction Management System (TMS) features that allow them to manage the work-flow of their agents via tasks and activities and maintain control of the storage of that transaction to meet the DRE requirements in their state. This managed control in the Broker TMS version provides risk management that wasn’t there before.
