MLS Now Offering CMA Class for Continuing Education Credits!
State-Wide MLS is pleased to announce the first hands-on technical training class approved for three continuing education credits being offered through the RI Association of REALTORS School. The three hour course, "A More Objective CMA", will provide instruction on how to establish more accurate fair market values on consumer home.
