How do I join MLS with my own brokerage?

The principal/manager of a new office must complete the MLS Participation Agreement to join MLS. Licensees under the Participant’s office must complete the MLS Subscriber Form.

How do I subscribe to MLS as a licensee?  

A “Subscriber” is a non-principal affiliated with an MLS Participant who holds a current, active, valid real estate broker’s or salespersons license, or a currently active, valid appraiser’s license or certification. The Real Estate Division of the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation must be notified of the affiliation or disaffiliation of any real estate licensee or any change to licensee status such as non-renewal of any member.

How can I view my MLS bill?

Sign in through the member gateway on RIRealtors.org and select 'Member Services' located on the right-hand side of the page. From there, hover over the 'MLS Services' tab at the top of the page to select 'MLS AGENT Account.'

How do I report an error or problem with another agent's listing?

When in Matrix, locate the yellow triangle symbol titled “Report an Error” found along the top of the listing display with other icons. You will be able to choose a subject and use the text box to report your concern.
