With technology making it easier than ever before to connect potential buyers and sellers, the role of international real estate is growing significantly. The Rhode Island and National Associations of REALTORS® offer several continuing education (CE) courses to help members understand the opportunities, as well as the cultural nuances and business trends that can impact transactions, in different parts of the world. Classes like At Home With Diversity or any of the courses associated with the NAR Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation help members build their global business.
