What is Reciprocal MLS Access?
Reciprocal MLS Access, granted through agreements between MLS organizations, provides a convenient way to access other Matrix systems. By clicking the Reciprocal MLS Access link in the top right corner of Matrix, agents can easily move from their “home” system to an “away” system where they can perform a variety of familiar Matrix functions. Reciprocal MLS Access gives visiting agents the ability to:
- Search for listings
- Create contacts
- Send emails (direct and auto)
- Create CMAs
- View statistics and market reports
As a State-Wide MLS subscriber, you have the ability to access listings in several other regions through your existing login, helping you support clients across a broader market area with ease and efficiency. We are proud to expand our partnerships with MLSs domestically and internationally, to provide you, our valued customers, with ample opportunities to forge connections, build your referral network, and explore other markets.
Florida & Puerto Rico
State-Wide MLS and Stellar MLS partnership brings you listing access across much of Florida and Puerto Rico!
This reciprocal agreement enhances mobility between the two regions. Whether your clients are relocating, purchasing a second home, or investing out of state, you’ll have the tools and data you need to support them. With broader visibility across state lines, you gain a competitive edge, stronger referral opportunities, and the ability to grow your business in both local and out-of-market areas.
To start searching Stellar MLS listings, log in to Matrix through the Gateway. From the top navigation, select Reciprocal MLS Access, and choose "Stellar MLS – (FL)".
North Carolina Listings
Unlock new possibilities with State-Wide MLS’s Reciprocal MLS Access partnership with Canopy MLS!
This collaboration gives you direct visibility into listings and market data for areas of North and South Carolina. Brokers and agents from both State-Wide MLS and Canopy MLS can view and share real-time data within Matrix, making it easier to support clients relocating, investing, or expanding into new markets. Whether you're growing your referral network or helping clients explore new areas, this partnership enhances your ability to serve with confidence.
To start searching Canopy MLS listings, log into Matrix through the Gateway. From the top navigation, select Reciprocal MLS Access, and choose "Canopy MLS/NC".
Latin America Listings
Expand your reach into Latin America through State-Wide MLS’s Reciprocal MLS Access with Omni MLS!
This international partnership gives subscribers direct access to listings across Latin America. With real-time listing data shared between State-Wide MLS and Omni MLS, subscribers from both regions can unlock new referral opportunities and grow their businesses across borders.
To start searching OMNI MLS listings, log in to Matrix through the Gateway. From the top navigation, select Reciprocal MLS Access, and choose "OMNI MLS".
Massachusetts Listings
Access to information right in your backyard through MLS PIN.
While not part of the same Reciprocal MLS Access Program listed above, State-Wide MLS and MLS PIN have offered “read-only” access to each other’s MLS systems. With broader visibility across state lines, you gain a competitive edge, stronger referral opportunities, and the ability to grow your business in both local and out-of-market areas.

Georgia Listings
Partnership with First MLS to Expand Member Access into Georgia
