A broker can designate an office administrator/assistant to have full access to view, update and add listings to their office inventory or limited access to an individual agent’s or team’s listings. Fees for this service include a one-time activation fee of $100 and a monthly fee of $15. MLS requires that the broker submit the Office Admin Affidavit, authorizing the type of access the Office Administrator will have. The admin will be notified by email with their MLS login credentials. For Agent/Team Assistants, instructions on identity sharing will be included with their ID and Password. Please make sure the email address provided is a valid and working email address.

State-Wide MLS (RI), MLS PIN (MA), and SmartMLS (CT) have partnered by creating the Northeast Regional MLS Alliance. This partnership provides members of the participating MLSs limited access to each other’s online systems. Listings can be entered into these cooperating systems by completing the appropriate listing agreements of that host system and submitting an email to them for entry by their staff. If you, as a transferring agent, wish to take existing listing clients with you to your new firm, please keep in mind that contractually, all listings signed by you are actually the property of the Designated Broker and respective firm under which those contracts were initially signed. In order to transfer your listings to your new firm, that Broker must be willing to sign MLS’ Withdrawal Form for each listing which would allow you to re-list those properties under your new firm.
