Need a purchase and sales agreement, disclosure, or another legal form for your real transaction?   Members who are licensed real estate professionals can log in to the member dashboard to access all RIAR forms online via Transaction Desk. Free access to the basic module of Transaction Desk enables members to use the transaction manager for their transactions. RIAR forms are also updated regularly through Dotloop and Ziplogix to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
