The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS© (RIAR) is the state’s premier real estate school and offers a 45-hour course designed to successfully prepare you to take the RI Real Estate Salesperson’s examination.  Cost includes all material including books, required hours of agency, access to a review law webinar, and discounted pricing for the Lead Paint Hazards course.

Sponsorship by an office is NOT required to take this course, however, if you are being Sponsored by a principal broker who is a member of the association, a letter must be emailed to [email protected] ***PRIOR to Registration*** to receive a unique coupon code for the sponsor discount of $20.00.  We are not able to apply this once you are registered.  

**This class will be held IN PERSON at the Northern RI Board of REALTORS in Lincoln**  

Please Note: No Class On May 27^th & June 19^th

Any missed class may be made up (dates and time options will be provided) There is an additional fee of $30 per make-up class.  Please refer to attendance and make-up policies.
