The Rhode Island Association of REALTORS© (RIAR) is the state’s premier real estate school offering the state-required 45-hour course designed to successfully prepare you to take the RI Real Estate Salesperson’s examinations.   Tuition includes the textbook Modern Real Estate Practice (21^st Edition), digital materials, discounts, and more.   Learn about our program and what is included. 

**RIAR Pre-License Student Referral Program**

Prospective students can save $20 off tuition by having a REALTOR® (a member of the RI Association) send an email to [email protected].   The email must come from the member.  In turn, we will provide a coupon code for the student, and the REALTOR will be eligible to take a free CE course with RIAR.  Click here for more information on referrals. Referrals MUST be received prior to registration.

Any missed class may be made up in a Zoom session for up to 1 year.  Fees may apply. Please refer to the attendance and makeup policies. 

This class will be held in person.  The textbook and printed material will be provided at your first class.   Additional course information and digital materials will be emailed 2 business days prior to class.
