Rani Vails is president and founder of Divine Investments Inc., a small boutique real estate firm offering a variety of services that includes buyer's agent broker, property management, rental services, consulting, and developing. Divine Investments first opened in 2001 and currently manages 250 units comprised of rentals and condo associations. Rani specializes in commercial sales as a buyer's agent but also handles residential buyer's agent services as well. Rani received her broker's license in 2008, and has been living in Rhode Island since graduating from Brown University in 2000. In 2012, Divine Investments was awarded its first federal grant through Rhode Island Housing for an affordable and healthy homes rental development project in Providence's Smith Hill. Rani is also a recipient of many 5 star realtor awards and a Building Homes grant.
