Cherie has more than a decade of experience as a Realtor®, and holds a Broker's license in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a service oriented Realtor®, who understands that a home purchase or sale is a very significant life event. She works hard to build relationships with her clients, co-brokes, colleagues to make every sale an stress-free experience. Cherie embraces education, as well as service to her professional associations and community. She has served on the Massachusetts Education Committee, Special Events Task Force, and Charitable Foundation, on the Executive Committee/Board of Directors for the Realtor® Association of Central Massachusetts, and as a member of the National Association of Realtors® Professional Development committee. Cherie has worked hard to earn several designations and certifications including: the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist, CRS, Accredited Buyers Agent, ABR®, Graduate Realtor® Institute, GRI, Sellers Representative Specialist, SRS, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES®, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, RENE, and At Home With Diversity, AHWD. Cherie has also been C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) Endorsed by the National Association of Realtors® since 2019. Cherie prides herself on being involved in her local community, where she has served in various volunteer positions such as elected Library Trustee, PTO President, Cultural Council member, Woman’s Club President, and Business Community Co-Chair.
