I represent landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of commercial property across southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. Industrial, flex, office, retail and land. My office is Switz Real Estate Associates in Mystic, on the Connecticut side of the Rhode Island line. I am a Member Associate, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®. Westerly and the shoreline are core markets for me, not outlying territory. My family and I have lived on this coast for more than thirty years, from New London to East Lyme and Old Saybrook. Before real estate I spent three decades with one company, much of it working internationally. That experience is what I bring to a lease negotiation or a sale. If you are looking at space, weighing a sale, or want a read on the market, reach me directly at (860) 400-9476.
