Terence is a 30-year Realtor with a passion for art and architecture. He has earned wide appeal as a real estate professional and an industry leader during his career. A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, Terence uses promotion and presentation skills to artfully present and sell homes, land and estate properties for his clients. He has influenced the real estate industry by writing and speaking about trends and market conditions. He has earned numerous sales and marketing awards from his efforts. Terence is well-traveled in the U.S. and abroad. He is a board member of the Building Hope Foundation and serves in RISD’s Alumni Association. Terence and his wife, Laurie, live in Narragansett.
