Robert Martin Elected 2021 President of State-Wide MLS

State-Wide Multiple Listing Service has named Cumberland resident, Robert Martin, 2021 president of the listing information exchange and transaction service. Martin is the broker/owner of CrossRoads Real Estate Group in Woonsocket and Glocester, R.I. In his 35 years as a Realtor, Martin has served on local and state Realtor committees and held the president and other officer positions on both the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. He also previously served as President of State-Wide MLS in 1997 and 1998. At the national level, Martin served on the MLS Policy Committee for the National Association of Realtors.  A graduate of Providence College with a Master’s degree in business administration, Martin is also a certified instructor for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. “We’re excited to welcome some of Rhode Island’s sharpest real estate business minds to help lead our organization.
