Buyer’s Request for Repairs and/or Modifications Form Back by Popular Demand

When RIAR replaced the Repair Addendum with the Post Inspection Agreement, the Buyer’s Request for Repairs and/or Modifications Pursuant to Inspections Contingency form disappeared without warning.  

The Forms Committee transferred much of the language from the Buyer’s Request for Repairs and/or Modifications Pursuant to Inspections Contingency form to the Post Inspection Agreement.  The committee had planned to remove it from the Forms library to avoid duplication and because of low usage.  Unfortunately, RIAR did not communicate that to you.  We apologize for the inconvenience.   

As a result of your calls, RIAR contacted forms providers, Transaction Desk/Instanet, dotloop, and zipLogix, on November 23rd, to reinstate the form.   This is a busy time of year for forms vendors, so we do not know how long it will take.
