State-Wide MLS is set to release an upgraded Team module to Matrix effective July 20, 2022. Individuals working as part of a team will have access to several new benefits including enhanced displays, searching, and market-share reports.

The upgrade will change how teams are currently managed. Once the new module is in effect, team management setup and changes will be processed by MLS staff only. Team Leaders will no longer have access to manage this themselves. To ensure your Team has a smooth transition we need to make sure that your team members are included in your Team setup. To accomplish this, we will be emailing you a digital form to be completed by June 30, 2022. Please be on the lookout for an email from RIAR/MLS [email protected].

Don’t mistake this email as a phishing scam. It is a legitimate email from us. Once you, as the Team Leader, complete & submit the form it will next be forwarded to the DR of your office for review & signing (unless you are the DR. Then it only requires your signature.)
