State-Wide MLS has recently partnered with Stellar MLS giving you Reciprocal MLS Access to listings in Florida and Puerto Rico, but that’s not all.  Coming soon will be additional partnerships with both Canopy MLS and Omni MLS giving you access to listings in the Carolinas, Mexico and much of Latin America.

What is Reciprocal MLS Access?

Reciprocal MLS Access, granted through agreements between MLS organizations, provides a convenient way to access other Matrix systems. By clicking the Reciprocal MLS Access link in the top right corner of Matrix, agents can easily move from their “home” system to an “away” system where they can perform a variety of familiar Matrix functions. Reciprocal MLS Access gives visiting agents the ability to:

• Search for listings
• Create contacts
• Send emails (direct and auto)
• Create CMAs
• View statistics and market reports
