The National Association of REALTORS® Association Ambassador program is designed to help enhance member connections to real estate opportunities and share association best practices around the world by connecting NAR®s bi-lateral partners with a partner state or local REALTOR® association. NAR maintains bilateral cooperating agreements with more than 90 real estate associations in 69 countries. In 2018, the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® joined the program as an NAR-sanctioned ambassador association to Norway.

In 2023, Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® CEO Philip Tedesco and President Bryant Da Cruz presented at the 2023 Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents Annual Conference, along with 2020 NAR President Vince Malta and 2018 NAR Treasurer and former Region 1 (New England) VP Tom Riley. One of the topics discussed was the development of an annual regional event to include several countries, which would provide opportunities for all involved to widen their sphere of influence.
