Denise Mancini

A graduate of Bryant University, Denise obtained her real estate sales license 1986 and her broker's license in 1987, the same year her teaching career began.  Also a certified appraiser, Denise consistently earns high reviews.   With a wealth of information as a subject matter expert who helped edit "Modern Real Estate Practice" by Kaplan, Denise always supports the learning material with real world examples of the types of issues encountered in real estate, leaving plenty of opportunity for group questions and discussion.

Pamela Hanson Carbone

Licensed since 1994, Pam shares her wealth of knowledge about the real estate business while providing personal examples that bring the curriculum to life. She is  a member of the Rhode Island Real Estate Commission (2021-2026), a Rhode Island and national Subject Matter Expert in Pearson Vue Testing, and was chosen the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS® 2020 REALTOR® of the Year .  A popular instructor, Pam loves teaching and gives 100% to her students.

Andy Goulet

Andy has practiced real estate since 1993 and has been a pre-license instructor with the Rhode Island Association of Realtors since 2014. Julie Longtin

Julie Longtin has been a leader in the Real Estate Industry for 30 years. Within her tenure, she has been a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Top Residential and Commercial Broker recipient of many National Awards, including Top Agent by RE/MAX, and publicly traded CoStar Commercial Group. Inclusive of her tenure are the roles of Manager and Coach to agents independently for 15 years working with up to 225 agents. Maintaining a Real Estate Brokers license in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, in addition to licensed Instructor,  Julie currently holds the designations of Certified Real Estate Negotiator Expert (RENE), Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified (CIREC), and member of CCIM Institute.

David Andrus

David has been involved in the real estate industry in some facet or form since 1991. David began his career with a mortgage lender and was quickly recruited by a busy fast paced real estate law firm where he was involved in over 10,000 transactions. To say David has a passion for real estate is an understatement. An active full-time realtor, licensed since 2019 and a pre-license instructor since 2021, David loves to share his passion, knowledge and experience with those who also want a career in the real estate business.
