Member Disaffiliation

It is the obligation of the broker to inform MLS immediately in writing when an administrator is no longer employed by or affiliated with their office. All MLS Membership Forms or Inquiries can be faxed to MLS Customer Service at 401-941-5320 or e-mailed directly to [email protected]

Listing/Member Transfers

If you have a licensee that you need to drop or add to your office roster, please download and complete the appropriate form, have it signed by Office Manager or Principal and email it to [email protected].

Firm Name Changes

Due to a number of circumstances, there are times when an office may need to change their firm name. In the event that your office wishes to change the firm name that is registered with State-Wide MLS, the Designated Broker will need to submit a replacement agreement to participate.
