About RI REALTORS® Sales Associate Pre-license Program
In Rhode Island, the requirement is 45 hours of Pre License, a minimum of 3 hours in Agency ( included in our program), and 3 hours of Lead Paint Hazards.
Our classes have specific start and end dates with content and concepts that build upon each other, that cover the fundamentals of real estate transactions and laws affecting the sale and rental of real estate. Classes meet for a total of 15 sessions* either 9am – 12pm or 6pm – 9pm.
*RI REALTORS occasionally holds all day, accelerated weekend in-person sessions (8 classes total). These will be indicated as ‘accelerated’ courses on the course schedule.
