How To Join RIAR as a Primary Member

If you’d like to become a Member of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®, you must first join a local real estate board. Membership in a local association automatically extends your membership to the state association and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Annual dues for the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® are $196.50. Local board fees vary, please contact your local board of interest for information.

How To Join RIAR as a Secondary Member

If you are a primary member of a board outside Rhode Island, you may join RIAR as a secondary member. You may obtain an application for secondary membership online or by calling the State Association at 401-432-6938 or by emailing [email protected].

The annual fee for secondary membership is $196.50.
