State-Wide MLS offers a professional, knowledgeable and courteous support staff trained to assist you with any technical problems that you may encounter.

Phone and Email Support

Our tech staff is available for phone or email support Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:30 am – 4:15 pm by calling 401-432-6905 or filling out the Email MLS tech support form.

 

Live Remote Assistance

LIVE remote assistance is available through our “Desktop Streaming” software that will allow MLS tech support staff to remotely access your computer when it is connected to the Internet. The use of this product will allow for faster resolution to tech problems related to Matrix.

 

Private Session Support

A “Private Session” is a live support session that will be initiated by our support staff if they determine that your issue cannot be resolved over the phone. Your support personnel will issue you a 6-digit code for you to enter in the field provided. Start private session

 

Report System Outages

If you encounter a system outage AFTER hours, you can report it to MLS by using the Emergency Notification form. A technician will perform a system check immediately.
