Broker Licensing Courses

90 hours of Approved Broker Classes with RI REALTORS®

Due to COVID-19, any NAR designation course that was taken from March 2020 thru September 5, 2021 can be counted if the NAR classes appears on RIAR’s approved list. To have it apply, please email the certificate to [email protected].

Students may choose any of the classes below which are approved to go toward the required 90 hours of continuing education when taken either live or live broadcast at RI REALTORS®.  It is strongly encouraged to take the 9-session (27 hours) Broker Pre-license course prior to taking the Broker state examination.  Because exam results are valid for 1 year, it is encouraged to take the majority of the 90 prior to taking Broker Pre-License which counts for 27 hours.

Reminder: To sit for the exam at Pearson VUE you MUST have a copy of a certificate that certifies you have completed all broker 90 hours. If you do not bring a copy of this with you to the exam, they will not allow you to sit for the exam and you will need to repay the cost of the exam to take it again.

For questions about state requirements or other schools offering the 90, please contact the RI Department of Business Regulations 401-462-9506 option 6.

If you have any questions regarding any of the classes listed below, please contact RIAR Professional Development at 401-785-9898 option 1. Click the "View Upcoming Courses" button below to see when these broker 90 courses will be offered at RI REALTORS®.
