Changing Your Office Name or Designate Broker

 Due to a number of circumstances, there are times when an office may need to change their firm name.

In the event your office wishes to change the firm name that is registered with State-Wide MLS, the Designated Broker must first complete a “REPLACEMENT Agreement to Participate“, which would include the new name.

There is no cost assigned to the change of a firm’s name.
