RI REALTORS® hosts the Commercial and Investment Certificate course (#540) annually with course creator and instructor Ed Smith Jr. This course teaches the foundations needed to provide commercial & investment real estate brokerage services.   As a bonus, this course includes all RI license renewal requirements, including Fair Housing.  Note: this certificate course is not affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®.
